Question : Union County the same as Sussex, but it has no

Union County is the same as Sussex, but it has no debt outstanding on its jail. In fact, the jail was built for it for free by a wealthy philanthropist who originally wanted to make a donation to Columbia University for a new building for its economics department that would bear his name. The university said no because it didn’t want economics professors and graduate students to have too cushy a life. Miffed, the philanthropist took his money and gave it to Union County to build a jail (which bears his name) instead. If Dan had been arrested in Union County instead of Sussex County, what would be the cost that Union County would incur to keep Dan in jail overnight tonight?
